The first Grand Slam tournament in the resuming season will be the US Open and it will begin on the 31st of August.

Due to the pandemic, the USTA was forced for some rules changes. They had to cancel the qualifiers form men and women. From 128 players eight will be wildcards, rest of them will qualify based on rankings.

When is the 2020 US Open will be played

The US Open will start on Monday August 31, women's final on September 12 and the men’s final on September 13.

Prize money for the 2020 US Open

A total prize money pool for tournament is $53.4 million. Which is just fraction less compared to 2019.
The winners(men and women's singles champion) will receive $3,000,000 which is 20% down on last year.
The USTA has apportioned a total of $7.6 million towards further monetary assistance for players who have seen their earning opportunities reduced this year as a result of the nearly five-month suspension of the tour.
